-Founded AAI in South Africa bringing a group of like minded youth development experts together to spear head our development agenda. He is the President of the board and a Communication Science major with vast knowledge in Public Health, Diplomacy, Business Administration and Social Sciences. He provides strategic leadership and direction to the organisation , delivering on the short and long term strategic objectives for the mandate of the organisation. He is responsible for ensuring that our organisation is a recognised, honorable, sustainable and preferred strategic partner by all its stakeholders. He has served as Chairman of the board at Media Global Foundation. He has managed high profile programs for Aids Healthcare Foundation and UNICEF respectively
UK National Programme Director
Tinashe Tandayi is the board Secretary General, Director of Admin,HR and is our National Programme Director in the United Kingdom. Tinashe has been in the legal field since 2009 and has worked for JefferiesLaw in the UK as Head of the Mental Health Department. He also is an Accredited Panel Member of the Law Society Mental Health Accreditation Scheme and an approved Category Supervisor for Mental Health with the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) in London. Equipped with an LL.B Law (Hons), he has extensive legal experience and expertise in civil liberties with specific focus on Mental Health Law. He has experience dealing with all civil and forensic sections under the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended by the MHA 2007).
LSO National Programme Director
Dr Kerttu C Guilfoil (MBChB) is our National Programme Director for Lesotho. She also serves as our Technical Director , since most of our programs are health oriented ,she designs and oversees the implementation of the programs effectively. She has vast knowledge in the clinical management of HIV STIs and TB. She has hands on experience with Drug Rehabilitation the treatment for dependency on psychoactive substances such as alcohol, prescription drugs, and street drugs such as cocaine, heroin, marijuana or amphetamines
ZW National Programme Director
Nigel T. Sithole our National Programme Director for Zimbabwe,he also serves as our Communications Director. Nigel is a lawyer specialising in Constitutional and Human Rights Law and an all round lover of all things relating to youth empowerment and SADC development in general. Nigel also works as a legal consultant for Acuworx Consultants and has a vast ray of experience in legal research. Before joining the AAI team he contributed articles on political analysis for a number of different online publications.
SA National Programme Director
Dr LocKhart oversees program monitoring, evaluation, informatics, data use and quality management and improvement at Access Africa Initiative, managing standardization, development and operations of the organization’s data management systems and policies. As the vice chair, He ensures that the Foundation’s Strategic Information Standards are met across all the country programs, including data collected from program sites are of optimal quality and are adequately utilized to continually optimize the organisation’s programs
